Granting a Contact access to the Portal
This article provides information on how to grant a Contact access to your unit in Owner’s Portal. Contacts can be your Rental Agents, Power of Attorney, Realtor, Co-Owner, Family Members or anyone associated with your unit. A contact can be granted:

  1. Grant Full Access: By selecting this option, you are granting full access to this OneLink account with no restrictions.
  2. Grant Advanced Access: By selecting this option, you are granting advanced access to this OneLink account with the exception of the following restrictions:
    1. No access to ACH/EFT setup information.
    2. online payments can only be processed via online merchant payment option and not via ACH/EFT.
  3. Grant Limited Access: By selecting this option, you are granting limited access to this OneLink account. Access to the following features will not be available as a result:
    1. Owner Ledger
    2. ACH/EFT Setup
    3. myPayments

    This Contact will not be able to process online payments of any kind. With the exceptions to the above, this Contact will have full access to all other functions in this OwnerLink account.

  4. No Access

Getting Started

You must first add a Contact before you can grant them access. If you need instructions on how to add a Contact, view: Adding a new Contact

Additionally, before you can grant a Contact access, the contact must be assigned (linked) to your unit. If you see Unlink Button beside the contact in the table, the contact is already assigned to your unit and you can skip ahead to Granting OwnerLink Access

Assigning a Contact to the unit

1. Click on Link Button

2. Enter your sign in information and click onSubmit Button

If you see Unlink Button in the table beside the contact, you have successfully assigned the contact and can proceed to the next step.

Granting OwnerLink Access

1. Click on User Control Button to grant OwnerLink access to a Contact

2. Enter your sign in information and click onSubmit Button

3. Select Access Level you would like to grant to Contact and click onSubmit Button
Your Contact Status should be updated with the appropriate level.

If this is the Contacts first time being given access, they will receive an email with instructions on how to sign in.
